After a Connection Call—if you and I both feel ready to take the next step—you can self schedule a full length intake appointment in the virtual office.

Once you schedule an intake session, I’ll review your opening paperwork and make sure it feels like a good fit.
I will also address any questions or concerns you may have.

Personalized suggestions.
For new clients who are a good fit, I’ll respond with a warm welcome, share a little about my style and approach, as well as what to expect in our first session.
If I determine I am not best suited to support you I will provide options.

Find clarity and support.
From here, we’ll have our first meeting (60 minutes), feel it out, and determine after 24 hours if we’d both like to move forward.
Together, we’ll discuss your goals, big dreams, and what would make sessions feel like a success.
