Welcome to Desert Moon,
where whole being health awaits.

Hello Sensitive Soul, I’m Trinity.

A holistic therapist, creative guide, and sanctuary-builder devoted to helping sensitive women with chronic pain reconnect to their body’s wisdom and rise into a resourced and aligned life.

My work is deeply rooted in my own healing journey—an initiation through chronic pain that awakened my path as a space-holder and intuitive guide. I lead through heart-centered connection and embodied example, offering not just support but a living transmission of healing. I believe my role is to help you remember your inherent power, reclaim your voice, and step forward with clarity and self trust.

Through meditation, emotion mapping, 1:1, and sacred creative educational offerings, I walk beside you as you rise—learning how to cultivate a sanctuary within yourself.

HERE, PAIN BECOMES WISDOM, HEALING BECOMES ART.

Healing is a sacred remembrance—it’s helping others come home to themselves, awaken their body’s wisdom and reclaim their voice.

A Soft Place to Begin

In this brief audio, I invite you into the heart of my practice—a sanctuary for sensitive women navigating anxiety, chronic pain, stress, and low self-worth.

You’ll hear a glimpse of who I am, how I work, and the healing space I’ve created to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your worth.

MY PATH TO HEALING

As a sensitive person myself, I have struggled to fit in with the masses. Always feeling like an old soul, I turned to writing, creativity, nature, and books for comfort, and knew at the young age of 16 that I wanted to pursue a vocation that would help me design a life where I could have the freedom to bring my favorite things together while also being of service to others in a soulful way.

In 2009, I obtained a BA in Psychology, then an MA in Integral Counseling in 2012, training in herbalism, Nutritional Therapy, and licenses to practice psychotherapy, in the states of California and New Mexico.

During a stressful life transition, I began to develop chronic pain symptoms, which began a whole new chapter of understanding the nervous system and blocked self expression. Always, my own journey has led me deeper into my work with others as well, wanting to share my knowledge and many of the tried and true practices that helped me recover my health.

Sincerely believing that we are each ultimately our own healer, I also know that sometimes we need a guide to help lead the way. When we are fortunate enough to connect with the right mentor, book, or resource, we are guided back home—to ourselves.

I see it as my job to help others clear away the obstacles that have limited them, by offering education, tools, encouragement, and a healthy amount of strategy to help facilitate transformation.

Why Desert Moon?

Many years ago I took a solo quest for deeper purpose discovery in the American southwest. As a monsoon soaked me and lightning flashed across the desert sky, I felt a powerful initiation happen. The land reflected back to me what I already knew to be true: it is my task in this lifetime to use my passions and strengths to help other sensitives remember how to be alive and truly well in mind, body, and soul.

With the moon being a symbol of intuition and powerful feminine wisdom—a reminder that the journey of healing and self discovery never really ends, but rather waxes and wanes in a beautiful rhythm—I knew I had a powerful symbol to capture my vision.

True wellbeing is a home coming—a journey of learning what it means to truly love and nourish yourself.

IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO HELP YOU GET THERE!
