  • In this moment I choose to feel…(list 3-6 emotional states)

  • I acknowledge/validate myself for…(any challenges you are facing and progress you are making)

  • I am celebrating these wins and joyful moments…(list 3-6)

  • Today I am especially grateful for…(list 3-6)

  • This is the one action step I will take today to honor my need for self care…
